Dinorah de Jesús Rodriguez is a freelance writer and visual artist who has made Miami Beach her home since 1992.
Dinorah grew up in the New York metropolitan area and has lived in several U.S. cities, including Boston, Los Angeles, Seattle, and San Francisco. She regularly contributes to various online and print publications as well as an array of blogs, covering arts and culture, beauty, health, fitness, pop culture, and urban lifestyles.
As an artist, she has exhibited her short films, video art, and installations in over ten countries and several cities across the United States. Dinorah maintains an active presence in Miami’s burgeoning arts community by collaborating with the area’s many artists and providing art workshops for teens through Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM).
An avid traveller, Dinorah has visited over a dozen countries and is especially fond of warm, balmy destinations where she can remain active and appreciate the great outdoors. She enjoys swimming, snorkeling, beach walks, and dining under the stars.
Dinorah loves living in Miami—her favorite city in the country—and treasures the area’s year-round sunny weather, regular beach access, sophisticated arts scene, and bounty of exotic, international restaurants.
