Dinorah de Jesús Rodriguez is a freelance writer and visual artist who has made Miami Beach her home since 1992. Dinorah grew up in the New York metropolitan area and has lived in several U.S. cities including Boston, Los Angeles, Seattle, and San Francisco. She contributes regularly to various online and print publications as well as an array of blogs on subjects ranging from Arts and Culture to Beauty, Health, Fitness, Pop Culture, and Urban Lifestyles. As an artist, she has exhibited her short films, video art, and installations internationally in over 10 countries as well as in several cities across the United States. Dinorah maintains an active presence in Miami’s burgeoning arts community by collaborating with the area’s many artists and providing art workshops for teens through Perez Art Museum Miami (PAMM). An avid traveller, Dinorah has visited over a dozen countries, and especially delights in traveling to warm, balmy destinations where she can remain active and enjoy the great outdoors. She enjoys swimming, snorkeling, beach walks, and dining under the stars. Dinorah loves living in Miami - her favorite city in the United States - and treasures the area’s year-round sunny weather, regular beach access, sophisticated arts scene, and bounty of exotic, international restaurants.
