The Brickell City Centre Tower, a condo development that is part of Swire Properties' megaproject, Brickell City Centre, has sold nearly half of their rooms.
Sotheby's International Realty is handling the pre-sale marketing for the development, along with Fortune International Realty.
The prices for one-bedroom units range from $580,000 to $700,000. Two bedroom units are selling for $700,000 to $1 million.
Even though most units will have three or fewer bedrooms, some will have four or five bedrooms.
The large units will be priced from $2.15 million up to $2.7 million. The penthouses are on sale for $3 million to $8 million.
The tower is bringing in buyers from the New York City area, but is also bringing in interested parties from South America, specifically, Brazil.
The units in the first phase are expected to be finished and furnished for residents in late 2015 or early 2016.
