Casa Tua, the beloved and exclusive Italian restaurant that first started in a historic Spanish home in South Beach, and has expanded across the U.S. and Paris, has partnered with Fortune International to deliver ORA.

Named ORA, meaning ‘now’ in Italian, this Casa Tua-branded condo tower will rise 70 stories with about 460 luxury residences. Boasting no less than four food concepts curated by Casa Tua, a resort pool experience, and short-term rental flexibility, ORA is meant to appeal to a younger demographic, especially world travelers and those frequenting Airbnb properties – making it a great investment opportunity in the business district of Brickell.
Developed by Fortune International, ORA will launch sales in January 2023 with a starting price point of $800,000. Units are expected to range from 500-square-foot studios to 2,400-square-foot, 4-bedroom sky homes. The top one-third of the tower will have fewer, larger residences with about 6 units per floor, while the lower two-thirds will have about 8 to 10 condos per floor.
Located at 1210 Brickell Avenue, construction is expected to begin by the end of 2023 or early 2024.
