Developers Plan Condo Building on Meridian Avenue

by Sep Niakan, August 28, 2014

Mast Capital has proposed a 12-unit condo development for the 311-321 Meridian Avenue plot in Miami Beach.

The small apartment building on vacant land from the 70's will be demolished, and replaced by a new condo building.

Mast Capital, managed by Camilo Miguel, plans on completely removing the old building, but keeping the historic feel of the environment, while still illustrating first class modern architecture.

Rene Gonzalez has been hired to design the project. Gonzalez is also the designer of the Glass at 120 Ocean Drive project currently under construction nearby.

The architect of record is Bermello Ajamil, and the landscape architect is Savino Miller.

The pre-sale date is yet to be determined, especially while the developers are waiting for approval and final plans.
