Miami Beach's own Majestic Properties was purchased by Douglas Ellliman on June 9th.
Part of the agreement for the sale requires Jeff Morr and his team of top-producing agents at Majestic to join Douglas Elliman's Florida business.
“The acquisition of Majestic Properties is a prime opportunity to expand our network of agents with some of the best in the market,” Douglas Elliman Florida's CEO, Jay Parker, said, “Under Jeff’s leadership, Majestic has been one of the area’s premiere boutique operations for the past 20 years. We recognize how his insight and experience will help us reach our end goal to provide the strongest resources possible to buyers, sellers, and developers.”
Morr has notably sold over 3,000 condos in the past 25 years, collectively valued at over $3 billion.
“I started Majestic Properties in 1995.” Morr said, “After two wonderful decades, I have decided to relinquish my management responsibilities and to focus on my favorite part of the business: brokering substantial residential and commercial transactions.” Morr believes that Douglas Elliman was the best place to make a new home for him and his agents.
