One River Point recently opened presales and announced construction will not commence until the Fall of 2016, setting their projected completion date later than initially planned.
KAR Properties, developers of One River Point, originally announced the project’s completion date would be some time in the middle of 2018. However, with this later start date, that may not happen.
KAR recently listed about 10% of the 350 units planned for the project. The prices begin at $750 per square-foot. KAR will be releasing more units for sale once they reach their $7 million milestone, thereby opening up their milestone sales center.
One River Point twin towers, adjoined at the top, will house a sky club with a few restaurants, a screening room, and a cigar lounge. Club membership will be open to the public.
