Gorgeous Renderings Show How Block E Improves Skyline

For the first time, renderings have been released for the twin towers at Block E, which is a great addition to Park West as part of the Miami Worldcenter project.

The project, located at 725 North Miami Avenue, includes 897 residential units, 344 hotel rooms, 39,000 square-feet of office space, 10,000 square-feet of retail space, over 11,000 square-feet of restaurant space, and over 1,000 parking spaces. One of the towers will be 48 stories and the other measures 37 stories tall. Over 1.7 million square-feet of building area will be constructed on this 504 ft. building.

The project is a collaboration designed by Arquitectonica and developed by duo ZOM and Newgard Development. The Urban Development Review Board will be looking over the plans later this September.
