After successfully acquiring all 38 units at Flagler House and dissolving its condo association, developers Kolter and Perko announced plans to build a brand-new luxury condominium at 3705 South Flagler Drive. Perched directly across the water from Trump’s Mar-a-Lago Club, the property will offer sweeping views of the Intracoastal Waterway and lush grounds at the exclusive resort.

Designed by Coral Gables-based SB Architects, the 18-story building will feature 39 luxury residences and 996 square feet of commercial space. The unit mix will include two- to seven-bedroom residences, starting from a generous 2,770 square feet. Interiors will be handled by Urban Design Studio.
