250 Wynwood, the 11-unit condo building with graffiti in the design, is under construction and developers are celebrating.
Fortis Development Group, developers of the 250 Wynwood project, have announced the commencement of construction for the first new condo in Wynwood since 2005.
250 Wynwood, the mixed-use condo project located at 250 Northwest 24th Street, stands at six stories tall with 11 condo suites and two retail units.
The project is being designed by Laith Sayigh of DFA based out of New York City. Local gallerist Anthony Spinello of Spinello Projects has brought together a team of five of the best artists in the area to design the undersides of the balconies of each unit.
250 Wynwood is the first new condo within a block of the famous Panther Coffee and the Wynwood Walls.
The project is expected to be completed July 2015.
