Moishe Mana is developing the rest of his 30 acres by means of an entitlement process, creating what is to be called Mana Wynwood.
Mana has already planned to create a hotel, fashion and beauty center for the Luxury Brand partners. The rest, however, will be developed through a special area plan. The main idea is to grow the company by adding jobs and attractions to the area. Mana Wynwood is designed to stretch from Northwest Second Avenue to Interstate 95 and Northwest 22nd Street to Northwest 24th Street, which is the former Wynwood warehouse district. Zyscovich Architects is designing project.
The plans they've created will “cultivate and expand upon the character and culture of the existing Wynwood Arts District,” according to a press release. They add it “will naturally contribute to the Overtown Community to the south.”
The plan will include public spaces, such as the Mana Commons. More will be revealed as time progresses.
