Developer Ronto Group launched sales this March for the first residential tower part of the $1 billion Nora District, in partnership with its master developers. Nora House, designed by Swedroe Architecture, will rise 11 stories with 117 luxury condos at 1105 N. Dixie Highway.

Residences will range from 1,500 to 2,900 square feet, with interiors by New York-based Lillian Wu Studio.

With entertainment at its core, the amenity program will feature a two-lane rooftop bowling alley, two pickleball courts, rooftop bocce, a resort-style pool and sun shelf, a separate lap pool, a Technogym-equipped fitness center, a yoga lawn, a spa with hot and cold plunge pools, a game room with arcade games, and a golf simulator.

As a future resident, you will also have access to a social room, an outdoor bar, two lounges, and six guest suites to host friends and family.

Nora House will place you within the 5.15-acre, walkable Nora District, with easy access to its collection of trendy offices, retail, fitness studios, and restaurants. Ronto Group is developing the residential tower in partnership with NDT Development, Place Projects, and Wheelock Street Capital.

Developers Mast Capital and Curated JCZM Development launched sales this March for a branded luxury condo project slated for 635 S. Dixie Highway. The project marks the U.S. debut of Banyan Tree Residences, bringing the Singapore-based Banyan Group’s flagship brand and its “sanctuary for the senses” ethos to South Florida.

Designed by OMA, in collaboration with Corwil Architects, the branded project will rise 24 stories with 88 high-end residences. Interiors will be handled by Canada’s award-winning Yabu Pushelberg, known for their distinctive storytelling approach and high-humble aesthetic.

Related Ross launched sales this March for its waterfront condo project at 1155 South Flagler Drive. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, the two-tower development will rise to 28 stories and feature 168 luxury residences.

Interior design firm March and White Design has worked on lending the residences a soft-glam, Riviera-inspired aesthetic. As a resident, you will have access to more than 90,000 square feet of wellness-focused amenities, including a resort-style, waterfront pool deck.

As part of its collaboration with Family Church, Related Ross will construct a new school and sanctuary for the nonprofit, right next door to Edgeworth.

Oasis Hallandale’s East Tower topped off this March, bringing the two-tower complex closer to completion. The project’s six-level amenity podium had already topped off last year, while the West Tower is nearing completion.

Developed by Giuseppe Iadisernia, the 10-acre live-work-play site includes two iconic glass condo towers, alongside 35,000 square feet of offices and 59,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space spread across five low-rise buildings. The commercial phase of the multi-million-dollar development is fully sold out with tenants like Davinci Café, Oasis Fit, Delice Med Spa, and Elve Luxury fully operational.

After breaking ground last year, Chasen Companies and ASG Development have secured a $70 million loan to support the vertical construction of Glass House. Designed by West Palm Beach-based GarciaStromberg, the boutique development will rise nine stories with only 28 luxury condos at 280 E. Palmetto Park Road.

True to its name, this will be the first building in Boca Raton to feature a modern glass façade. As a first-time buyer, you will have the liberty to combine half-floor or full-floor units, creating a mansion in the sky. Units will range from 2,550 to 3,900 square feet.

All residences at this glass-clad mid-rise will feature 9.5-foot-high ceilings, open concept layouts, gourmet kitchens, a Crestron automation system, and private terraces with built-in grills. Each unit includes the added convenience of two parking spaces.

A rooftop pool oasis will be the highlight of amenities at Glass House. Shortly after breaking ground, developers Related Group and BH Group scored a $200 million construction loan to facilitate vertical construction at the Ritz-Carlton Residences, West Palm Beach. More than 70% pre-sold, the project represents the city’s first branded luxury condo tower on the waterfront.

Designed by Arquitectonica and with interiors by New York-based Rockwell Group, these stunning residences will reflect the highest expression of Ritz-Carlton in a boutique setting. Units in this purely residential tower will range from a generous 1,500 to 3,000 square feet.
