Three years after starting the residential boom in South Florida, the Melo Group has begun presale marketing campaign for its condominium tower in Edgewater area.
The Melo Group plans to start the preselling process for their 647 units in the tower Aria on the Bay in July.
The project, designed by the architectural artists at Arquitectonica, will have 53 stories of luxury residential space at its 1770 North Bayshore Drive location.
Once finished, Aria on the Bay will be the largest residential project in South Florida that Melo Group has developed since its first project back in August of 2003.
Currently, the Melo Group has created over 3,000 rental units and condo units in Miami.
They took a huge risk in 2011 when they created their first project.The Miami real estate market crashed not long before, but has since skyrocketed to where it is today.
