Developers reveal the metal clad design that will cover the Met 3 garage.
ZOM, the developer of Met 3, is constructing the 32-story residential tower with over 460 units above the garage component.
The design resembles an artistic basket-weaved look, while still maintaining the trendy, metallic look of a modern high-end development.
The name of the project was recently changed from Montage at Met 3 to Monarc at Met 3. The name change was caused by confusion between Montage Hotels & Resorts/Montage Residences and the Montage at Met 3.
Met 3 is noted as being the potential tallest building in the state of Florida. In addition, the 76-story development will be the tallest building in the United States south of New York City, as far as floor count goes.
The architect for the project is Nichols Brosch Wurst Wolfe.
