Developers have released project plans for the Satori Hotel Residences, a new condo tower in the Edgewater District. It will be the first hotel of this size north of the Omni Hilton, if it is decided to be a condominium or hotel building.
The Satori Hotel project, located on Biscayne Boulevard, will have 35 stories with 207 residential units. Sources say that the rooms are not actually dedicated to hotels, but it is a condo hotel with condo units that can be rented.
Much talk has arisen about the Satori condo tower, due to no information being provided. It is more of a mystery project, with no news or announcements explaining its details. It seems as if more information will come closer to the project’s finishing details, but for now, it is an unknown and anticipated project in the scenic Edgewater area.
