Soon, near the Paraiso Bay complex, a new condo tower is arriving.
The new project, known as Prodesa, has been proposed at the 444 Northeast 31st Street plot, which is located just west of the GranParaiso parking garage.
Prodesa will have 20 stories. Most of those 20 stories will be dedicated to 137 condo units, and a 274-space parking garage to accommodate for residents and guests. Over 136,000 square-feet of space is up for sale for the residential units. However, additional square-footage has been dedicated to office space and retail space, which has yet to be determined on who will be occupying it.
Prodesa is being designed by Arquitectonica, which is the same architect as Paraiso Bay.
The Urban Development Review Board (UDRB) will be reviewing the plans for Prodesa in late February.
