The Triptych condo tower in Midtown Miami is coming along, and developers have recently released new renderings for the project, as well as some specs.
The tower will contain 383,282 square-feet in total. 36,000 square-feet will be retail, some on the first floor, and some on the second floor. 59,601 square-feet will be office space, which will take up much of the third through sixth floors.
Altogether, the Triptych will be 20 stories tall, with 297 hotel rooms, and will also include a 500 space parking garage for residents and visitors.
