New renderings have been leaked for the redesigned Shore Club, which include the exterior, the tower, and the pool areas.
ADD Inc. is the architect of record, but Isay Weinfeld will be the design architect. The design architect will come up with the aesthetic look of the project, while the architect of record will take care of actual plans and designs on the construction end.
The four new renderings that were released show a few new changes. The tower has been changed from the original design to be less square in shape, making for a more interesting look. The lobby has not changed too much from before, but the pool area is now noticeably large and has a new building on it.
These renderings were not approved by the design architect, so these plans are also subject to change at any time.
