Plans Revealed for New Biscayne 27 Rental Project in Edgewater

The plans for Biscayne 27, a new rental project coming to Edgewater, have been submitted to officials of the City of Miami in order to review them and, as the developers hope, approve them.

Biscayne 27 will be located on a plot of land at 2701 Biscayne Boulevard in Edgewater. It will include 330 units in a rather small eight-story building. The units in Biscayne 27 will range from 800 square-feet to 1,100 square-feet, and will include several different styles of rooms.

Biscayne 27 will be replacing the former Ion tower, which was designed by Arquitectonica, and was cancelled since the owners could not assemble enough land.

The developer of Biscayne 27 is The Richman Group, one of the largest apartment owners in the United States.
