Contractors at the Porsche Design Tower in Sunny Isles have raised an American flag and ceremonial tree in their traditional topping-off ceremony.
The Porsche Design Tower is an ultra-wealthy, luxury condominium tower developed by Gil Dezer. Designed to be unique in comparision to any other condo tower in the world, amenities for the tower include a car elevator that drops off residents in a garage right in front of their unit.
Most of the units have already been sold before upward construction finished. And of these buyers, 22 were billionaires. Over $500 million in contracts have been signed over on units with prices ranging from $4.5 million to $32.5 million.
