Related Group has revealed plans and renderings for its upcoming project, Hyde Midtown, the “middle child” of the now standing 2 Midtown and 4 Midtown.
The tower, designed by Arquitectonica, will stand about as tall as its neighbors at 31 stories high.
There will only be one building, instead of the tower duo some assumed would be built, the tower will be a combination “condotel,” which be on the east side of its garage and amenity podium.
This design will allow guests to enjoy a nice day at the pool, while getting a nice view of the Midtown area.
Along with the pool on the amenity deck, there will be an additional pool on the roof.
Sources say that the Related Group recently finished construction on the Hyde Midtown sales center, which many believe will lead to Hyde's pre-sales.
