Plans have been revealed, construction soon begins, and reservations are being taken for the small, yet stunning, Edge On Brickell.
Edge On Brickell is a thin and narrow development with less than 130 units, designed by architect Luis Revuelta.
It is taking the place of a former seafood restaurant on prime Miami real estate close to the water.
Renderings of the project proclaim tall windows, luxury furnishings, and over 50 floors for the elite few who can get their hands on the units.
The price of the Edge On Brickell rooms start at $650,000 for their smallest two-bedroom units, and work their way up.
Edge On Brickell is planning on adding an automated parking garage on the second through ninth floors, as well as an open amenity deck on the 10th floor.
Construction is expected to commence in the Fall of this year.
