Shoreclub Private Collection: Historic Hotel Relaunched with Luxury South Beach Condos

The Shore Club Hotel has stood as a beloved landmark on Miami Beach for countless years, a beachfront oasis spanning three acres that has captured the hearts of people from across the globe. With the Shore Club Hotel bought by Witkoff and Monroe Capital, a thrilling new chapter awaits the Shore Club, as it prepares to become the focal point of South Beach for generations to come.

Originally designed by Albery Anis and completed in 1949 along Miami Beach’s famed Collins Avenue on the beach, we now have an answer to what happened to the Shore Club – the developers are now preserving and renovating the property as a boutique 5-star resort by Auberge Resorts Collection alongside new, exclusive residential offerings.

The Shoreclub Private Collection

Rising above the historic Shore Club Hotel,
Shoreclub Private Collection just launched as an exclusive residential tower, set to deliver a lifestyle of privacy and elegance on the pristine shores of the Atlantic Ocean. Brought to life with legendary hospitality by Auberge Resorts Collection, and envisioned to offer exemplary luxury to residents, the pristine condo-hotel project will feature flawless design and breathtaking private amenities including a pool and gardens exclusive to residents – truly affording a one-of-a-kind lifestyle in South Beach.

Prices within the Shoreclub Private Collection start at about $6 million, with the choice of 49 distinct floorplans plus a 6,000-square-foot single-family beach house. The adjacent two-story beach house is rumored to be for sale for $37.5 million and is believed to be the only new private house directly on Miami Beach. These residences will be absolutely the top-of-the-line in South Beach.

— Shoreclub Private Collection: Classic Elegance Meets Modern Luxury

Envisioned to offer a residential experience equivalent to the original 1949 Shore Club that’s now being preserved and renovated by Auberge with 75 hotel suites, the Shoreclub Private Collection Residences will rise as a separate, 18-story, beachfront sanctuary with only 49 luxury residences. Designed by legendary Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA) with no two floorplans alike, this architectural marvel is an enchanting fusion of nautical inspiration and the area's renowned MiMo (Miami Modern) style, solidifying its place as an emblem of South Beach's vibrant future.

These stunning, ultra-luxury residences will feature refined interiors by Kobi Karp. The use of rich woods like mahogany and oak, nickel and brass accents, plus swooping walls and arched windows give a feel reminiscent of a luxury yacht. Additionally, residents will be treated to expansive, luminous living spaces with large glass walls that open up to inviting, oversized terraces with sweeping ocean views, as well as chef-ready, open-concept kitchens with state-of-the-art appliances and wine coolers, spa-inspired bathrooms drenched in marble with freestanding tubs overlooking the ocean, and other refined finishes.

The Cromwell, another building in the complex, will also be renovated and integrated as a private entrance for residents, with four duplex residences on its upper floors as well as the one previously mentioned signature 6,000-square-foot single-family beach house that will enjoy all the services and amenities of the Shoreclub Private Collection.

— Ambitious Amenities at Shoreclub Private Collection

Surrounded by tropical landscaping and centered around an oceanfront pool haven, The Shore Club Private Collection offers a refined escape into resort-style living. Island Planning Corporation skillfully designed the lush botanical gardens to create a unified resort experience by harmoniously integrating the two historic buildings with the modern components, effectively separating the private amenities from those available to resort guests.
