The plan for the 1,000-foot observation tower in Miami has already received zoning approval, and is awaiting further authorization by the city commission to begin construction in May.
Featuring three observation decks, a moving theater, and other attractions, the structure will be the second largest observation tower in the U.S. and the sixth largest in the world.
SkyRise Miami will be a major business stimulator and a top-20 employer for the city.
