A source on the inside of Brickell City Centre has leaked information that a fully decked-out Apple Store will be opening in the $1.05 billion project.
The Apple Store at the Brickell City Centre could be Apple’s largest location in Florida.
Apple did not confirm that there would be a store at the location, but they did not necessarily deny it. “We haven’t made any announcements about a store at that location,” a representative of Apple said. As far as the Brickell City Centre side, one spokeswoman denied comment on the rumor of the Apple Store.
Apple has several stores located in Dadeland, Aventura, the Falls, and Lincoln Road.
As far as the Brickell City Centre goes, there will be a 500,000 square-foot shopping center that will house around 70 stores and restaurants, opening in the fall of 2016. The mall will have Saks Fifth Avenue anchored, will include a Cinemex dine-in movie theater, and have a Valentino and a Chopard inside. Lastly, the Brickell City Centre will utilize several condo towers, a hotel, and office buildings.
