The $37 million pentouse at Echo Brickell is being purchased by a South American buyer, according to the developer, Property Markets Group.
If the deal goes through and they actually sell the penthouse for $37 million, that sale will break the record for the highest residential sale in Brickell. The contract has not been signed as of yet, but they are presumably working on it.
Property Markets Group has named the penthouse the “Carlos Ott Penthouse.”
The unit itself takes over two floors, has four bedrooms, over 10,000 square-feet of indoor space, 3,500 square feet of terraces, a pool, a gym, and a service suite.
Echo Brickell is currently under construction and plans and designs have been released for it.
