A new condo tower is emerging in Edgewater, known as the Missoni Baia, and with its emergence comes new renderings and images.
The new renderings of the project were released by the developer, and a broker named Michael Light obtained images of the Missoni Baia through other means.
The Missoni Baia is under development by the OKO Group, who hired Asymptote as well as Revuelta Architecture to design the luxury residential project.
The tower itself will stand at 649-feet tall, with 56-stories. There will only be three luxury condo units on each floor, and they will range in size from 2,400 square-feet to 3,500 square-feet for the whole unit. Prices start at $1.675 million and go all the way up to $3.9 million for some of the penthouse units.
