The First Residents of the Brickell City Centre Are Beginning to Move in

In a matter of days, the first wave of residents of the Brickell City Centre could finally move into their new condos.

Swire Properties, the developer of the Brickell City Centre, announced that they have obtained a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy for the 390-unit Reach condo tower component. The second tower, Rise, will open in May of this year.

To date, Swire has sold 86% of the units in the Reach tower, and 160 of the units at Rise. April 14th is the first day of closings at the Reach tower. Units are being released in a move-in ready state.

Swire plans on beginning construction for the second phase of the Brickell City Centre at the end of 2017. It will include a new 80-story, 1,049-foot mixed-use tower called One Brickell City Centre.
