250 United: America's 250th Celebration | Bayfront Park in Downtown Miami

July 4 at 301 Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami

Expect Fourth of July to be bigger than ever this year at Bayfront Park. 250 United marks America's 250th birthday with an all-day celebration on the shores of Biscayne Bay, running from 1 p.m. to midnight. It's also one of the most exciting days of the FIFA World Cup Fan Zone at Bayfront, as the tournament moves from the Round of 32 matches into the Round of 16.

Ashanti and Ja Rule reunite on the Miami stage for the first time in years, joined by 112, Shaggy, The Fray, Willy Chirino, and Orlando Mendez. Fireworks over the bay and a cutting-edge drone show close the night. Come for the match, stay until the sky lights up.

4th of July Outdoor Concert & Roller Disco | Altos del Mar Park in North Beach

July 4 at 7601 Atlantic Way & 7275 Collins Avenue in North Beach

North Beach celebrates the Fourth of July with a retro twist this year. Altos Del Mar Park hosts the free Independence Day Music Performance, while the nearby Miami Beach Bandshell hosts the outdoor roller disco. From 5 to 9 p.m., live music by DJ Luc, MC Maria Salas, and The Miami Beats Band sets the pace while skaters take the floor and kids enjoy the family zone.

All eyes upward as the night concludes with a drone and fireworks show. For those who want their Fourth of July with a little more personality and a little less crowd, this is the one.

4th of July Patriotic Concert & Fireworks | Lummus Park in South Beach

July 4 at 12th Street & Ocean Drive in South Beach

Set against the shoreline of Lummus Park, this beloved Miami Beach tradition offers one of the city's most memorable Fourth of July experiences. This year, the Independence Day Fireworks and Patriotic Concert opens with a live orchestra performance by the Miami Beach Classical Music Festival at 8:30 p.m., followed by fireworks over the Atlantic at 9. Reserve a table at one of the alfresco restaurants along Ocean Drive for a front-row view or claim your spot on the sand.

4th of July Celebration & Fireworks Show | Regatta Grove in Coconut Grove

July 4 at 3415 Pan American Drive in Coconut Grove

For those who prefer their Fourth of July with a reservation and a waterfront table, Regatta Grove is the answer. Doors open at noon for an all-day Celebration & Fireworks Show along Biscayne Bay, with live music, tropical cocktails, and a culinary lineup from some of Miami's most decorated chefs, including Jeremy Ford of JJ's Guilty Pleasures, Jeff McInnis of The Tackle Box, and José Mendin of The Piefather.

As night falls, fireworks light up the Coconut Grove skyline from one of the best viewing points in the city. The dress code is coastal chic.

Fourth of July Concert, Drone Show & Fireworks | Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables

July 4 at 1200 Anastasia Avenue in Coral Gables

This Independence Day, America's 250th birthday finds its match at one of the Miami area’s most elegant addresses, the Biltmore Hotel. Grounds open at 5 p.m., with the Greater Miami Symphonic Band performing at 7 before a drone and fireworks display at 9.

The drone show is a new addition, debuting a choreographed program of national symbols and Coral Gables landmarks, including the Biltmore Hotel and Venetian Pool, illuminated across the night sky. Complimentary bike valet parking and trolley shuttles will be provided by the Coral Gables City Hall.

Fourth of July Parade | Key Biscayne

July 4 at Crandon Boulevard in Key Biscayne

Now in its 67th year, the Key Biscayne 4th of July Parade is another one of Miami's most cherished Independence Day traditions. What started in 1959 with a handful of neighbors marching through the island’s streets has grown into a full-blown community parade of 50+ entries, complete with dancing teams and kids on fire trucks.

For anyone looking for a genuinely local experience, this is the one worth waking up early for. The parade kicks off at 11 a.m. sharp.

July 4th Weekend | The Ritz-Carlton in South Beach

July 4 at 1 Lincoln Road in South Beach

The Ritz-Carlton South Beach brings its signature touch of luxury to Independence Day. From 12 to 4 p.m., enjoy a beachfront barbecue with bold, festive flavors and uninterrupted ocean views at the DiLido Beach Bar. From 3 to 5, the lobby offers a sweeter tribute: patriotic macarons expertly crafted for the occasion.

Red, White and Grove: 250 United | Peacock Park in Coconut Grove

July 4 at 2820 McFarlane Road in Coconut Grove

Prefer to step away from FIFA frenzy for Independence Day? Red, White & Grove: 250 United keeps it patriotic and personal at Peacock Park in Coconut Grove. Running from 5 to 9 p.m., the free waterfront celebration features live performances by two-time Grammy Award winner Tony Succar and Band, Orlando Mendez, and DJ Mdot, alongside a Taste of the Grove food lineup from neighborhood favorites. Arrive at least an hour before kickoff to secure your spot.

Live DJs, cultural performances, interactive fan experiences, family-friendly soccer activations, and food and drinks inspired by the 48 competing nations round out the festival.

World Cup Watch Parties | Miami Beach Bandshell

July 14, 15, 18 & 19 at 7275 Collins Avenue in North Beach

After July 5, the watch party moves to a quieter waterfront in North Beach. The Miami Beach Bandshell hosts the Rhythm of the Cup series, with four community watch parties covering the tournament's most consequential matches: the Semi-Finals on July 14 and 15, the Bronze Final on July 18, and the World Cup Final on July 19.

Expect big-screen viewing with ample dramatic moments, food and drinks, live music, and refreshing ocean air, all steps from the water. The Bandshell's intimate, open-air setting makes this a different kind of viewing experience. Registered guests are admitted first, so répondez s'il vous plait!

Pop Air: Art Is Inflatable | Balloon Museum at Mana Wynwood

Through September 27, 2026 at 318 NW 23rd Street in Wynwood

POP AIR: Art is Inflatable has captivated over seven million visitors since its Rome debut in 2021, touring Paris, Milan, and Singapore before landing at Mana Wynwood. The Balloon Museum's internationally acclaimed exhibition fills the space with monumental inflatable installations, glowing sculptures, and interactive environments where light, movement, sound, and scale combine into something that defies categorization.

Each room is designed by internationally renowned artists and invites a different kind of engagement: walk through it, look up, or move closer. The exhibit brings out the inner child in even the most seasoned art-goer.

This Is America: Selections from PAMM’s Collection | Pérez Art Museum Miami

Through May 23, 2027 at 1103 Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami

Marking America's 250th anniversary, This Is America draws nearly 80 works by 70 artists from Pérez Art Museum Miami's permanent collection to examine American history and identity from a Miami perspective. Judy Chicago, Alfredo Jaar, Rashid Johnson, and José Bedia anchor the exhibition alongside local contemporaries such as Eddie Arroyo, Gonzalo Hernández, and Sandra Ramos.

Rather than a celebratory ensemble, the exhibit focuses on how artists have responded to pivotal American moments, from the Civil War and World War II to 9/11 and the COVID-19 pandemic, through the vivid lens of one of the country's most multicultural cities.

Studio Vizcaya: The Fruit We Bear | Vizcaya Museum & Gardens

July 5, 12 & 25 at 3251 South Miami Avenue in Coconut Grove

Studio Vizcaya's The Fruit We Bear turns the museum into a community art project in July. On the 5th and 12th, free papier-mâché workshops led by South Florida artist and educator Shawna Moulton invite participants to build oversized illuminated fruit sculptures that will feature in the finale. No experience needed: Moulton brings her hands-on expertise in traditional Japanese papermaking to guide your artistic journey.

On July 25, the sculptures come to life in an after-hours celebration at the historic bayfront estate. An illuminated procession of mangoes, avocados, and other glowing fruit through the gardens along with live music and local food vendors transform Vizcaya into a truly unique experience.

— Concerts & Performances

Shakira, Tame Impala, J Cole & Louis Tomlinson | Kaseya Center

July 1–2, 6–7, 14 & 24 at 601 Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami

Shakira brings her Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour to the Kaseya Center on July 1 and 2. If the World Cup’s opening ceremony was any indication, this is the kind of show that will have you on your feet all night. Expect a high-energy, four-part production spanning three decades of hits like “Whenever, Wherever,” “Hips Don’t Lie,” and “Waka Waka.”

Masters of psychedelic rock, Tame Impala bring The Deadbeat Tour to the Kaseya Center on July 6 and 7. Known for immersive visuals and genre-blending soundscapes, Kevin Parker's latest arena production features new material, including the Grammy-winning “End of Summer” from Deadbeat, alongside hypnotic anthems like “The Less I Know the Better” and “Let It Happen” that define his singular sound.

On July 14, Kaseya Center belongs to J. Cole. The hip-hop heavyweight arrives for one night only in support of his long-awaited seventh and final studio album, with a set that spans fan favorites like “Work Out,” “She Knows,” and “No Role Modelz,” alongside new material from The Fall-Off.

On July 24, singer-songwriter Louis Tomlinson, of One Direction fame, heads to the Kaseya Center for his How Did We Get Here? World Tour. Supporting his third studio album by the same name, the show delivers equal parts nostalgia and electrifying novelty. Special guests The Beaches get the night off to a “rocking” start.

Ratones Paranoicos, Madison Beer & Lionel Richie + Earth, Wind & Fire | Hard Rock Hotel & Casino

July 1, 2 & 24 at 1 Seminole Way in Hollywood

On July 1, Argentine rock legends Ratones Paranoicos take over the Hard Rock for one night only with an evening of nostalgic, blues-infused rock. For Miami's Latin community, this is a homecoming of sorts, but non-Spanish speakers are equally welcome—great rock needs no translation.

On July 2, the Hard Rock sees Madison Beer for her Locket tour. The twice Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter has spent a decade quietly evolving from internet sensation to one of pop's most compelling artists. Pairing powerful vocals with emotionally vulnerable songwriting across dark synth-pop and R&B, her live show is set to be a spectacle.

On July 24, The Hard Rock hosts one of summer's most anticipated double bills. With multiple Grammys, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductions, and a combined catalog of over 225 million records sold worldwide, Lionel Richie and the iconic Earth, Wind & Fire need no further introduction.

Carrousel of Hearts | Sanctuary of the Arts

July 25 & 26 at 410 Andalusia Avenue in Coral Gables

Fine Arts of Miami transforms a 1920s carnival fair into an evening of vivid emotion this July. Carousel of Hearts follows pairs of lovers through heartbreak, jealousy, and rekindled romance, with live vocals spanning classical repertoire, zarzuela, and opera arias. Intimate, unhurried, and unlike anything else on our list of Miami events in July.

Leading the cast is Metropolitan Opera baritone Nelson Martínez, joined by soprano Beatriz Marie Menéndez, soprano Paola Elorza, tenor Aurelio Hernández, and rising artist Gabriel La Salette Menéndez. The setting, Sanctuary of the Arts in Coral Gables, perfectly matches the intimacy of the production.
