The sale of Luca Fendi’s Dilido Island mansion has broken the sales record for the Venetian Islands. The mansion, Villa Fendi, has sold for $14 million, nearly $1 million less than the original list price. The six bedroom, 8,000 square foot residence includes two oversized master suites; one project out above an infinity pool. The structure also has a separate all-glass, two-story guest house with 132 feet of bayside frontage and a boat dock.
The lot, in its entirety, includes 16,700 square feet of land and was purchased by Fendi, a fashion designer and speedboat racer, for $5.52 million in early 2011 and is located at 1 East Dilido Drive in Biscayne Bay on the artificial Dilido Island. The buyer of the property is currently undisclosed.
