Development: Giuseppe Iadisernia
Architecture: Arquitectonica
Interior Design: Domus Aurea Interiors

Oasis Hallandale’s West Tower is now ready to receive its first residents after securing its full Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) this August; the tower previously received a partial TCO covering floors 1–12 in July.

Meanwhile, the East Tower, which topped off earlier this year, is advancing with a newly secured $50-million construction loan.

Part of a 10-acre live-work-play community, Oasis Hallandale will comprise two 25-story towers featuring 250 residences each, ranging from 900 to 4,750 square feet. Residents will enjoy a six-story waterfall entrance, two resort-style pools with cabanas, fitness and wellness facilities, a mini soccer field, a golf simulator, indoor and outdoor cinemas, a pet park, and a children’s playroom. It will also include a banquet hall, a business center, and a vibrant retail and dining collection anchored by the fully operational Davinci Café, Oasis Fit, and Elve Luxury.

Prices for Oasis Hallandale start at $750,000, with a choice of one- to three-bedroom residences. With the West Tower already 85% presold and the East Tower on track for a 2027 completion, reach out to explore the limited ownership opportunities at this walkable, mixed-use community.
