Ombelle Residences
One of Fort Lauderdale's largest new developments, with over 100,000 square feet of amenities, sits right in its urban core and offers short-term rental flexibility
Designed by New York–based ODA Architecture, this 775-residence development will rise across two sculptural towers connected by a shared parking podium and defined by a refined exoskeletal façade.

Spanning more than 100,000 square feet, the amenity collection is expansive and thoughtfully layered. Highlights will include two resort-style pools with poolside bars, a full fitness center, mini golf, two indoor pickleball courts, a gaming lounge, meditation garden, children’s playroom, and pet spa.
Additional offerings will include a private residents’ club room, a coworking hub with two recording studios, an arts-and-crafts studio, a grab-and-go eatery, a 15,000-square-foot lobby, and 11,000 square feet of curated retail.
Ownership will also include a complimentary one-year membership to Fort Lauderdale’s first Equinox Fitness Club, granting unlimited access to signature classes, on-demand training, and private coaching within the brand’s 35,000-square-foot flagship facility.
Where is Ombelle Residences?
Located at 300 N.E. Third Avenue, the massive project will sit two blocks away from Brightline’s Fort Lauderdale station and Las Olas Boulevard, the city’s main hub for art, entertainment, and dining options.
