Marking its most recent major construction milestone, Shore Club Private Collection Residences received a $97-million phased new-construction permit this August. The three-building redevelopment will deliver 49 ultra-luxury residences and 79 hotel rooms.
The oceanfront complex will feature an 18-story MiMo-inspired tower; the existing Shore Club, which will operate as a five-star boutique hotel; the reimagined Cromwell House, offering just four residences; and an 8,000-square-foot single-family beach house surrounded by gardens.
No two floor plans will be alike, with homes ranging from approximately 2,000 to more than 7,000 square feet. Nautical-inspired interiors will feature rich mahogany and oak, nickel and brass accents, swooping walls, and expansive windows opening to deep terraces with direct ocean views.

Prosper Group has closed on a nearly one-acre riverfront assemblage for $50 million at 66 SW 6th Street and 625 SW 1st Avenue in Brickell, marking Belgian partner Versluys Group’s first US development.

This ruling will not impact the project’s existing approvals.
