The Aston Martin Residences mark the British luxury sports car-makers’ foray into residential developments. G and G Business Developments (of Argentina’s Coto family) teamed up with Bond’s favorite sports car-makers to bring timeless luxury to Downtown’s riverfront. Designed by BMA and Revuelta Architecture International, the iconic sail-shaped building houses 391 super-luxury condos. Featuring 66 floors, all interiors and public spaces come designed by BMA and are curated by Aston Martin’s Marek Reichman.

Residents get to experience 007-like luxuries with unique carbon fibre welcome desks, doors with custom Aston Martin handles, number plinths, leather door tabs, signature stitching and color palettes throughout. The cutting-edge condo building houses a choice of river residences, panoramic residences, sky residences, penthouses and triplex penthouses with private pools. The amenities deck is spread across four (52-55) levels, featuring an art gallery, full-service spa, virtual golf, infinity edge pool, lounge and more. In addition, there is also a rooftop helipad, super yacht marina and Aston Martin Club, all conducive to high-style living.
