About
Casa Cipriani Miami
Casa Cipriani Miami: An oceanfront landmark evoking the timeless elegance of Miami’s Art Deco past with Cipriani’s legacy of world-class hospitality in Mid-Beach’s coveted Faena District.
Following the success of its New York and Milan locations, Casa Cipriani will debut in Miami Beach, complete with an ultra-luxury residential component. Developed by 13th Floor Investments & Midtown Equities, the Italian private club’s first Florida location will include 23 condos and a 40-suite boutique hotel in the same beachfront tower.
Designed by New York-based Brandon Haw, this 17-story building will feature a contemporary spin on the city’s Art Deco past, drawing inspiration from the iconic hotels that defined Miami’s skyline during the 1930s. Serving a unique blend of historic glam and timeless Cipriani sensibility rooted in the original Harry’s Bar in Venice, this project will stand in a class of its own.
Beyond evoking the warm and inviting charm of Venetian elegance on Miami’s beachfront, the development will offer a wide range of five-star amenities. Alongside a premier restaurant, Cipriani’s signature food and beverage program will be available poolside, for in-residence dining, and through bespoke catering services for private events. Additional amenities will include a members-only club, a resort-style pool, a screening room, and a children’s playroom.
Living in the heart of Mid-Beach’s popular Faena District, you will be steps from a high-end bazaar, a cultural center, and a flexible events space. This oceanfront address will also place you minutes from the legendary food, shopping, and nightlife of South Beach. By car, the Miami Beach Golf Club will be 10 minutes, Downtown’s Adrienne Arsht Center for Performances will be 20 minutes, and the Miami airport will be 30 minutes away.
