While Behar Font & Partners, the creators of the famed Miracle Mile grand entrance and towers, are the architectural team behind Merrick Manor, Southe Point Construction have been entrusted to bring the project to life.
With its construction date set in 2013, the tentative date of completion for this Coral Gables mixed-use complex has been set for November, 2014.

Unwinding at the Merrick Manor shall be a luxurious affair too with the 5th floor “Merrick Retreat” and Entertainment Complex at your discretion. This signature Retreat shall open up to the sky and be developed as the social hub of the condo building. The Retreat shall feature a verdantly landscaped 25 x 50 ft. sky terrace pool, unique indoor/outdoor fitness center overlooking the pool with state-of-the-art TechnoGym equipment, an outdoor yoga space adjacent to the pool, an oversized outdoor entertainment area complete with summer kitchen, barbeque, bar and seating, the perfect for hosting friends and family. A pool concierge and gym attendant shall help make the experience complete.
Merrick Manor is being developed into being an Apple-adapted community that will also feature Wi-Fi in all amenity areas as well as the AT&T U-verse.
