About
Caribbean
A restored hotel dating back to the 1940s, Caribbean is a truly boutique condo with ocean views and brilliant access.
Reaching 19 stories and boasting 104 units, the Carribean offers luxury living in a tastefully restored 1940s hotel and a newly built glass tower. Its enviable Miami Beach location puts you within walking distance of some of the best venues in the city. Not to mention oceanfront views and direct access to the Boardwalk.
Carribean was developed by Christa Development Corporation in conjunction with BlueRock and finished construction in 2008. Kobi Karp was the lead architecture firm on the project and the interior design was done by the world-renowned Cristopher Ciccone, brother to Madonna. The interior design stays true to the building’s Art Deco origins while still being tasteful and modern.
The building itself has an inviting porte-cochere. All the units have floor-to-ceiling windows which let in natural light while also offering ocean views. Other condos have views of Miami Beach and Biscayne Bay as well as Downtown Miami. All units have generous terraces giving you plenty of outdoor space. The 24-hour concierge can be accessed from wireless units found in all the condos. The kitchens are furnished with Miele and Sub-Zero appliances with marble being used in both the kitchen and the bathrooms. Other appliances include a built-in wine cooler and coffee maker.
Caribbean also has a penthouse for the most discerning buyers. The penthouse has an outdoor kitchen, rooftop terrace as well as its own private swimming pool. The penthouse also has extended ceilings (up to 11 feet). Caribbean's units range in size from 673 square feet to 3911 square feet.
Set in the middle of Miami Beach on the ocean, The Caribbean is only 5-minutes away from South Beach and about 15 minutes drive from Downtown Miami. The Caribbean Hotel is a landmark in its own right with a tonne of heritage. Back in the 1940s, The Caribbean Hotel was a common stomping ground for Miami’s elite.

Delano Residences & Hotel: Miami’s Iconic Brand Debuts with Downtown’s Second Supertall
Since it first opened its doors on South Beach in 1947, the Delano became a cultural phenomenon that helped define Miami Beach’s glamor and global cachet. Designed in the iconic Art Deco style and later reimagined by Philippe Starck as a playground for celebrities, tastemakers, and international jet-setters, the Delano wasn’t just a place to stay — it was a place to be seen, a creative canvas of bold design, vibrant pool culture, and effortless sophistication that became synonymous with Miami’s rise as a must‑visit lifestyle capital.
