Offering a residential experience to favorite Standard Hotel & Spa on South Beach, The Standard Residences will be a 12-story building with 228 condo residences, but no parking. Designed by Arquitectonica, the pied-à-terre-style residences will feature interiors by Urban Robot Associates. Residents will be treated to sleek, open-concept chef-ready kitchens, 9-foot-high ceilings with floor-to-ceiling windows bringing in tons of natural light, premium wood-inspired flooring throughout, master bathrooms with double showers and stone vanities, plus more custom finishes by Urban Robot. Besides 14,000 square feet of retail, residents will also have access to amenities like a 60-foot resort-style pool, a rooftop restaurant, lounge and bar areas, an indoor pickleball court, an infrared sauna, yoga and stretch studios, a karaoke bar, co-working spaces, a pet spa, a “Friends with Benefits” program with preferential pricing at other Standard properties, and much more.
Owners will be able to rent out units 12 times per year, with a 30-day minimum stay.
Living at The Standard Residences, residents will be across from a Trader’s Joes, and in the heart of The Shops at Midtown Miami mall. More high-end shopping at the Design District, eclectic art at Wynwood Walls, and a bevy of top bars and restaurants will all be within walking distance. By car, Downtown’s FTX Arena will be 10 minutes, Brickell City Centre will be 15 minutes, South Beach’s Lincoln Road mall will be 25 minutes, and the Miami International Airport will also be accessible within 15-20 minutes.
