About
The William
A heritage-inspired condo in North Miami Beach with 40,000 square feet of amenities and tree-lined views
Designed by the internationally-acclaimed Carlos Ott in partnership with Behar Font & Partners, the 26-story, 374-unit condominium will rise as a nod to North Miami Beach’s rich heritage. The project's name pays homage to one of the city’s earliest landowners, U.S. Coast Guard Captain William H. Fulford.
Units will range from 552 to 1,412 square feet, with layout plans spanning from studios to three-bedroom condos. Interiors will be handled by Urban Robot. Perched at 2040 N.E. 163rd Street, you will have lush green views of a natural preserve.
This strictly residential project prohibits short-term rentals and will feature 40,000 square feet of amenities. Highlights will include a ninth-floor pool deck with summer kitchens, an outdoor bar, and a terrace lounge with fire pits. There will also be a rooftop pickleball court, a game room, a fitness center with a yoga studio, spa rooms, a coworking center, a children’s playroom, an outdoor playground, and a self-serve market.
Developers of The William also plan to accept EB-5 funding, allowing international investors to apply for U.S. residency by buying into the project.
