Bringing the world’s first Bentley-branded residences to Miami, this iconic tower marks a landmark partnership between Miami’s Dezer Development and the British luxury carmaker, Bentley Motors. The prolific developer is also credited with bringing the future-ready Porsche Design Tower and the couture-inspired Residences by Armani Casa to Sunny Isles Beach.

Designed by Sieger Suarez, the LEED-certified building will rise 749 feet or 62 stories using environmentally-safe materials for technology advanced construction. The tower will be engineered to offer low-carbon features and reduce energy consumption. Flaunting a cylindrical façade, the building will feature an iconic exterior made of triangulated glass and reflective silver diamonds – emulating Bentley’s iconic motif. The tough-as-diamonds façade will further be able to withstand winds of up to 175 miles per hour.

With interiors by Bentley Motors, the oceanfront tower will house a collection of enriching homes designed to a level of finish and craftsmanship hallmark of the British carmaker. Each of the 216 residences will feature an expansive balcony with sunken pool (for unobstructed water views from the living room) and outdoor shower, plus an in-unit, multi-car garage serviced by the Dezervator car elevator bringing cars right up to the sky homes. With just 4 units per floor, all Bentley Residences will also feature direct ocean views, custom lighting, and signature scenting by Bentley Motors. Amenities will include a whisky bar, cigar lounge, luxury spa, pool with cabanas, cinema, gardens, and more.

Living at the Bentley Residences, residents will find themselves on one of Miami’s most coveted beachfronts.
