About
The Cloud One Hotel & Residences
Where German hospitality and design meet Miami’s solar soul for Airbnb-ready residences that feel like home and perform like an asset.
Combining German precision in hospitality with Miami’s vibrant artistic flair, Munich-based Motel One Group presents The Cloud One Hotel & Residences. Designed as a place to invest and belong, this distinctive new address blends traditional hotel functionality with a dedicated condo component, giving you the opportunity to own in the creative and touristy hub of Wynwood.
Designed by New York-based HWKN, with local expertise from Hollywood’s ODP Architects, this eight-story building features a raw urban design softened by a Euro-modern façade by Goldman Global Arts, the creative force behind Wynwood Walls. The aesthetic integrates exposed concrete, natural materials such as wild oak and bronze, and industrial textures inspired by the rich character of Cuban Modernism.
The project will feature 85 loft-style residences across the top floors, with interiors to match its industrial soul by March and White Design. Inspired by a fusion of German heritage and Miami’s tropical modernism, each home will feel grounded yet globally inspired. Units will range from 450 to more than 2,200 square feet.
You will enjoy access to a private lobby plus a full suite of hotel services and amenities, including a rooftop pool with F&B concept and a fitness center with outdoor yoga space. There will also be ground-floor retail for added convenience.
Where is The Cloud One Hotel & Residences?
