With a $67.5-million construction loan in tow, CORA Merrick Park can move forward with vertical construction. The building will comprise 13 stories and 74 homes ranging from 678 to 2,651 square feet, with a selection of 12 distinct floor plans and organic finishes such as wood, stone, and marble. LOFTY Brickell and The Standard Residences Brickell have entered the final stages of exterior construction with the completion of their architectural crowns. Upon completion, residents of both towers will enjoy direct access to a waterfront outpost of New York's acclaimed Greek restaurant AVRA Estiatorio.

LOFTY Brickell, developed by Newgard and Two Roads, will deliver 362 fully furnished, short-term-rental-friendly residences.
