Dolce & Gabbana is trading catwalks for gemstone-covered concrete with the development of 888 Brickell in Miami, its first-ever foray of this scale into luxury residential real estate in the world, after previously announcing a smaller project in Marbella. Rising in the vibrant Brickell neighborhood, D&G’s debut luxury residential project is being brought to life by JDS Development’s Michael Stern and Gianluca Vacchi’s GV Development Group. The 1,049-foot, 90-story tower is set to become one of the city's tallest and is scheduled for completion in 2028.
The announcement is part of the brand’s broader expansion into luxury real estate, with two additional projects planned worldwide: one in Marbella, Spain, and another in the Maldives.

— Inside the Dolce & Gabbana Residences in the Heart of Brickell
Exuding Gatsby-style energy and opulence, the condo tower is an exquisite design collaboration with D&G. Interiors, including all materials, are designed and selected by Dolce & Gabbana. Featuring a gold leaf-trimmed porte-cochère, an ivory travertine façade, and high-gloss steel columns, 888 Brickell will create a striking vertical presence embodying a fusion of modernist skyscraper aesthetics, Art Deco opulence, and mid-century Milanese influences.
Designed to evoke equal curiosity among the elite and real estate connoisseurs, these luxury condo residences will be an extension of Dolce & Gabbana's Italian design philosophy of fatto a mano (made by hand). From bespoke furnishings to meticulously sourced materials made by the best Italian artisans, you can expect to come home to a stunning statement of modern luxury and timeless elegance, melding contemporary elements with traditional Italian craftsmanship.

The 259 fully furnished units will include two to four bedrooms, half-floor duplexes, and penthouses. Floor plans will range from 2,435 to 11,150 square feet and include one- to four-bedroom residences, plus an absolutely sublime trophy penthouse with a private pool. Residences are designed to be hybrid, with a lockout function to seamlessly convert a private residence into a hotel suite, or even a single hotel room.
You will have the choice of three distinct color palettes: a pristine white theme featuring Bianco Striata Marble, a bold black aesthetic with Nero Marquina Marble, and an opulent gold scheme incorporating Giallo Imperiale Marble. Every residence will be outfitted with fully integrated Sub-Zero appliances, Venetian chandeliers, and freestanding bathtubs set against floor-to-ceiling windows that frame breathtaking views of the glistening bay.

Each detail has been personally designed and hand-picked by Dolce & Gabbana’s founders, Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, from your bathrooms to kitchens and closets, ensuring a seamless blend of high fashion, the finest materials and high-end living. Prices for remaining units start at $2.1 million.
