Developed in an innovative joint venture between Kor Hotel Group and Florida's most prominent multi-family developer, The Related Group, Icon Brickell I is part one of a three-part, 10-acre enclave ideally situated between the Miami River and Biscayne Bay in the heart of the financial district.
Designed by world-renowned architectural firm Arquitectonica, Icon Brickell I rises in two separate towers, one with 57 floors and the other with 52, for a total of 713 luxury units.
