Kolter Group acquired 10 of the 172 units at the 1971-built Port Royale Condominium in July, expanding the North Beach assemblage it is pursuing with BH Group.The building sits at 6969 Collins Avenue, adjacent to the Normandy Plaza Hotel and Crystal Beach Suites, which the developers acquired in 2026 and 2023, respectively.
The acquisitions support plans for a proposed 17-story, 37-residence luxury condo with homes averaging 2,900 square feet. Amenities would include a beachfront pool and 947 square feet of retail.
