Developers Related Group and Integra Investments unveiled their plans for The St. Regis Residences, Brickell this December, ushering in a new age of hospitality and 5-star living in the southern, waterfront end of this key financial district. An ultra-luxury, glass condo tower designed by acclaimed architect Robert A.M. Stern will stand overlooking Biscayne Bay.

— The St. Regis Residences – Soul of New York on Miami’s Biscayne Bay

Marking the second St. Regis Residences project in Miami, after St. Regis Residences in Bal Harbour, this waterfront enclave is planned with the utmost of exclusivity in mind, offering only condo residences and no hotel component. However, the waterfront condo tower will feature strong ties to New York – not only in its St. Regis brand legacy and historic service standards but also in its design sensibilities. With New York-based Robert A. M. Stern Architects (RAMSA) handling architecture and New York’s award-winning Rockwell Group handling interiors, the project is expected to unite the luxurious spirit of New York to the stunning waterfront backdrop of Miami’s central financial district.

The St. Regis Residences Miami in Brickell launched sales for this ultra-luxury project this past year. Prices for these ultra-refined residences started at $3.4 million for 2-bedroom suites and go up to $9 million for 4-bedroom suites. The fully finished and furnished residences will range from 2,616 interior square feet with 593 exterior square feet to 3,712 interior square feet with 734 exterior square feet, excluding the penthouse units. 

Penthouses will range from 5,800 square feet to the biggest at 8,000 square feet with 1,500 sf of outdoor space, and two, two-story Sky Villas, also with 8,300 square feet.

Ready to transform 1809 Brickell Avenue into one of Miami’s most sought-after addresses, the St. Regis condo tower will rise 50 stories tall, and deliver a total of 154 bespoke residences and will feature only 4 residents per floor. 

Owners can look forward to experiencing St. Regis’ historic 5-star services and hotel-inspired facilities in everyday living. Touted to be one of Miami's most expensive condo projects, developers will spare no expense in delivering state-of-the-art waterfront living. Related Group also recently launched Baccarat Residences Brickell, also regarded as one of the developer’s most luxurious projects. 

Breathtaking interiors at the St. Regis Residences Miami in Brickell’s quiet southern end,  redefine luxury with European solid wood doorways, 11-foot-high ceilings, custom European stone flooring, gourmet Italian kitchens with natural stone countertops, top-of-the-line appliances, spa-inspired bathrooms with freestanding bathtubs and spacious stone rain showers, oversized walk-in closets, smart home technology, and a private elevator and foyer to each entrance.

Brickell’s waterfront St. Regis Residences Miami will feature 60,000 square feet of interior amenity space, including an indoor lap pool with natural lighting and an iconic St. Regis Tea Room. The tower will also come serviced by St. Regis’ signature Butler Service, an on-premises fine dining restaurant by Michelin-starred chef Fabio Trabocchi, multiple bar and lounge areas including a Signature St. Regis Cognac Room, and world-class wellness offerings such as a salt spa room, full-service salon, and pilates/yoga studio.  

Outside under the spectacular Miami sunshine, residents can expect to enjoy access to a private marina, exclusive beach access, and a rooftop pool deck featuring two pools with sweeping bayfront and sunset views, fully serviced poolside bars and cafes, and a pickleball court- all while overlooking park-like grounds and lush terraces by Swiss landscape design firm Enea.


— Manhattan of the South – A Brickell Location Befitting the New York-born Brand

Over the past year, Brickell has truly cemented its status as the “Manhattan of the South,” with businesses of every size and stature migrating to this financial hub (especially from the North East and Silicon Valley). Considering how Brickell has earned the reputation of “an international metropolis for a new era of connoisseurs,” Related Group is looking to move full steam ahead on this ultra-luxury project. Construction on the St. Regis Residences is expected to start in 2022, with projected completion in early 2026.
