Yotel, a brand known for its micro hotels, is now offering residential units, and they’re calling this new concept YotelPad, with YotelPad Miami as the first location to debut on the East Coast. YotelPad Miami consists of 250 hotel rooms and 208 residential units located on the top 15 floors of the building, above the hotel rental units.
YotelPad consists of fully furnished residences, known as PADS, that feature integrated living, kitchen and dining areas, delivered with your choice of top-quality flooring and lighting options. In addition, each PAD is designed with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors as well as expansive terraces with sweeping views of the downtown Miami skyline.
PADS come in a variety of floor plans ranging from studios to two-bedroom units, and each Pad is delivered fully ready for you to move in.
YotelPad residents also earn VIP access to all of the common areas of the hotel as well as restaurants and eating areas, and a private penthouse level accessible only to residents.
