Monad Terrace is a collection of 59 individually designed waterfront residences by the Pritzker Prize-winning architect Jean Nouvel. The French starchitect is best known for his iconic works such as the Louvre in Abu Dhabi and Foundation Cartier in Paris. This is his first residential project in Florida. Sculpted to deliver a play on daylight and water, the all-glass building rises 14 stories high around a central lagoon and features climbing gardens over its northern and southern façades for shade and privacy.

Each of the 59 residences at the Monad Terrace is waterfront and has been designed to capture inspiring views of the central lagoon to Biscayne Bay and beyond. The quaint street on South Beach after which the building is named offers unparalleled and unobstructed views of sunsets and the city. Each custom-designed, ultra-luxury condo unit features extra-deep garden terraces, 10-foot high ceilings, gourmet kitchens, stylish bedrooms, plush master baths and tasteful touches such as cantilevered marble and wood flooring. Monad Terrace stands on the quieter side of South Beach, overlooking Biscayne Bay. Residents are within minutes from a Whole Foods Market, Trader Joes, Fresh Market, Walgreens, the neighborhood pocket of Sunset Harbor Shoppes, the popular shopping and dining haven of Lincoln Road, as well as a plethora of world-class restaurants, art galleries, and multiple Starbucks. The Perez Art Museum in Downtown is a 15-minute car drive, while it takes 20 minutes to reach Brickell or the Miami International Airport.
