In an exclusive partnership between Italian hypercar brand Pagani and Miami’s developer Riviera Horizons, the first-ever Pagani Residences is set to redefine the art of hand-crafted living. Envisioned to merge the carmaker’s renowned attention to detail with a prime location in North Bay Village, the project will be a curated experience embodying the essence of the brand.

Designed by the esteemed Revuelta Architecture, Pagani Residences will be a bespoke collection of 70 waterfront residences, rising 28 stories, with only four units per floor to guarantee maximum privacy. The interiors, designed by Pagani Arte, are inspired by Leonardo da Vinci’s principles of Art and Science to create a refined aesthetic with cutting-edge technology.

The fully finished and customized residences will feature spacious floor plans starting at 2,000 square feet, going up to 3,300 sq. ft., with a choice of two- to four-bedroom units. Providing residents with 11- to 13-foot-high ceilings and expansive terraces with unobstructed views of Miami’s waterfront, Pagani Residences is set to offer a remarkable luxury living experience.
