What could potentially be the tallest tower in Miami may start construction as soon as early 2016. China City Construction Corporation and American Da Tang Group have announced plans for construction commencement on CCCC Miami Towers.
Developers are working toward making their CCCC Miami Towers a city icon. They are negotiating with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to get approval to build the tower up to 1,069 feet high.
Shanjie Li, representative of American Da Tang, said that residential, retail and offices are among some of the project's planned uses. It has also been reported that the towers could include a hotel operated by a luxury brand, such as Shangri La, Kempinski, or Aman Resorts.
Developers confirmed their progress in finalizing a deal to purchase another beach club property in South Beach.
