Introducing Downtown Miami’s Okan Tower - Luxury Miami Condos

Meet Downtown Miami’s latest supertall condo tower that is sure to become an icon of the Magic City’s skyline for years to come - Okan Tower. With sales relaunched in November 2021 and buyers going straight to contract, after putting the project on hold, Turkish developer Okan Group is determined to make up for lost time. Back in action with revamped floor plans and the addition of an all-weather, glass-enclosed rooftop deck and observatory, the Okan Tower will feature 70 stories of luxury Sky Residences, world-class amenities, and 5-star Hilton Hotel & Resort.

The Okan Residences Experience - Unfolding the Tulip Tower of Miami

On track for a June 2022 groundbreaking, the condo-hotel marks Turkey-based Okan Group’s first development in the U.S. Designed by the Coral Gables-based Behar Font & Partners (the architects behind
Quadro), the glass tower will feature a tulip-inspired façade as an ode to Turkey’s national flower. Certain to stand out on Downtown’s skyline, the skyscraper will rise with an elegantly curved apex and gentle rippling glass façade, making it an instant icon.

The 70-story luxury tower will be home to 163 Sky (condo) Residences, 236 condo-hotel residences, and a 316-key, 5-star Hilton Hotel & Resort. Considering the condo-hotel and sky residences will have their own, separate high-speed elevators and a dedicated set of amenities, guests and residents can expect to enjoy absolute privacy living at the Okan.

Making that resort lifestyle accessible 24/7, residents of the condo-hotel, as well as sky residences, will gain access to world-class services powered by the Hilton Hotel & Resorts. Residents will have access to in-room private fine dining, in-room spa treatments, personal fitness trainers and specialists, as well as a long list of lifestyle concierge services including pet services, professional housekeeping and on-site dry cleaning.

Owners of the condo-hotel units will have the added advantage to turn their luxurious homes into revenue-generating assets by opting to rent using Hilton Hotel & Resorts’ rental program.

Residences at Okan Tower: Luxury Finishes and Penthouse-like Views at Every Turn

Considering the condo-hotel units start from the 36th floor and sky residences from the 51st, all residents can look forward to penthouse-style views in every direction. With Behar Font & Partners handling interiors as well, the skyscraper’s stylish narrative is carried seamlessly inside. Each spacious, sun-filled home will come outfitted with a distinct contemporary-minimalist décor, upscale Italian cabinetry, marble flooring, smart home technology, and more.

From floors 36 to 50, buyers have a choice of studio to two-bedroom condo-hotel suites. Units range from 445-465 square feet studios to 665-915 square feet one-bedrooms, 1,045 square feet one-bedroom + den residences, and 1,055-1,250 square feet two-bedrooms.

Perched from floors 51 to 68, buyers have a choice of one-bedroom to three-bedroom + den condos. The Sky Residences range from 695-915 square feet one-bedrooms to 1,085-1,110 square feet one-bedroom + den units, 1,060-1,300 square feet two-bedrooms, 1,700-2,190 square feet three-bedrooms, and 1,955-2,075 square feet three-bedroom + den units. Additionally, there will be two floors of duplex penthouses ranging from 1,875 square feet to 2,040 square feet.

Life at Okan Tower’s Sky (condo) Residences - Soaring Above the Skyline

With separate high-speed elevators and amenities, condo and penthouse residents at the Okan Tower will enjoy coming home to their exclusive sanctuary. In addition to a rooftop pool and sky deck, residents will have access to a 12th-floor lap pool, each with its own set of outdoor lounge areas and private cabanas.

Other amenities will include a children’s sensorial room, wine cellar and lounge, dedicated wellness spa, cutting-edge screening room, plus a state-of-the-art fitness center with yoga studio, Peloton bikes, and interactive fitness MIRROR.

Amenities for Okan Tower’s Condo-Hotel Residents

In for a staycation or vacation, condo-hotel residents will enjoy access to three amenity levels located on floors 27, 28, and 30. Besides a signature wellness spa with Turkish hammam, residents will gain access to a 27th-floor pool with indoor-outdoor lounge and private cabanas, a gourmet restaurant, a grab-and-go café, multiple bars, a 4,500 square-foot ballroom space with kitchen and catering, plus conference and meeting rooms.

Okan Tower: In the Pulsating Heart of Downtown Miami

Set in the heart of Downtown Miami, residents will have everything they could desire at their fingertips. A short walk will deliver them to the hub of world-class entertainment at the FTX Arena, shopping at the Bayside Marketplace or newly renovated Flagler Street, museums such as HistoryMiami or Frost Science, art at Perez Art Museum or Museum of Art and Design, and a host of other cultural offerings. It will also be a few blocks away from the soon-to-be developed Waldorf Astoria Residences, both of which are set to transform this Downtown Miami area.

Surrounded by top-notch dining, residents will only be a block from the Brightline station at Miami Central, gaining high-speed access to Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Orlando. There are also multiple Metromover stations in the vicinity, facilitating car-free travel in the city. By car, Brickell will be 10 minutes, South Beach will be 15 minutes, and the Miami International Airport will be 20 minutes.

With completion scheduled for 2026, prices start from the $380,000s for condo-hotel residences and from the $580,000s for sky (condo) residences.
